You do not need to set up your File to search. However, your File on Carebees will provide caregivers with description of your home care situation, the care recipients, and your preferences. This way, you don't need to repeat the basic information to every candidate. Likewise, your own contact information will be displayed to caregivers searching for a job.

Your File will also let you:

• keep your search organized - you can save, note, and rate the Files of caregivers you like
• see who saved, noted or rated your File
• use Automatch with 3 levels of preferences: no preference, preferably, and must
• see your Automatches grouped in Perfects and Partials, meeting all or missing some of your preferences
• be contacted by caregivers.

Setting up your File:

Complete all of the steps in order for your File to be saved, it should take only a few minutes. You can view and edit your File at any time.

The fields marked with a red star * are required. But a more detailed File will lead to better matching:

• caregivers will better understand what you need
• fewer contacts from caregivers who do not match your situation
• you will spend less time and effort on sifting through your own search results
